Last edited and agreed upon by all members at 17th of December, 2020.

Collective

1. We work on the viable futures we all need, while trying to break with the self-destructive tendencies we all have.
2. We operate as cooperation rather than corporation.
  a. Meaning every member is co-owner with equal voice and vote.
3. Any action on behalf of us, or affecting us has to be voted on by all members.
  a. Members generally can vote “for,” “against,” or “neutral.”
  b. Voting happens openly on Discord by emoji response to proposals.
  c. Actions can only be taken when no members are “against” them.
4. Agreed upon actions don’t obligate members to be hands-on involved with them.
5. Even without hands-on involvement, all members can always voice their opinion.
6. Credit is given where credit is due.
  a. Those hands-on involved in projects get due-credit.
  b. If profit is involved, this is divided based on hands-on involvement.
  c. Profit division is agreed on project by project basis, and ahead of time, by those hands-on involved.
7. Part of any profit from our activities goes towards a collective fund.
  a. The fund is in service of further increasing our collective capacity to act.
  b. The fund can fuel new projects, events, donations, investments, and more.
  c. Ratio of profit to go to fund is defined by all members ahead of activity.
  d. Using the collective fund is a collective action, requiring a vote (rule 3).
8. We assume members apply mutual understanding and respect.
  a. Assume good intentions from each other.
  b. Argue in good faith.
  c. Always feel free to question and critique each other.
  d. Always feel free to question and critique the collective as a whole.
  e. Framework and ground rules are open to change through rule 3.

  a. A proposed member is voted on by collective vote (rule 3).
  b. An accepted member is invited to meet us and our rules.

10. New members are assumed to share our goals (rule 1), and to wish to put work into achieving them.
